About

Dad. Husband. Dog owner. Global citizen. Entrepreneur.

My journey has been shaped by curiosity, conviction, and a genuine belief that business can be a force for good.

In parallel with a career as a manager in both the public and private sector, I have been actively engaged in several companies and startups. After graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics, I became Vice President of one of Sweden’s first e-commerce companies to be listed on the stock exchange.

Since then, I have alternated management assignments with launching companies in Sweden and abroad — including as a partner in a venture capital firm that achieved two IPOs. Over the past two decades, I have worked in business development across multiple industries, for accelerators and incubators across Europe, and as Head of Business and Community Development in three municipalities.

I have also served as an advisor to regional governments in Skåne and Stockholm, and as Head of Business Policy for the regional branch of the trade association Fastighetsägarna.

In recent years, I founded and led a management consultancy specializing in business development and ESG — helping organizations integrate sustainability, ethics, and long-term value creation into their core strategies.

I currently lead InVästmanland, a major regional initiative to strengthen investment promotion, business attraction, and collaboration across ten municipalities in central Sweden. The project brings together regional and local stakeholders to build a more sustainable, competitive, and attractive business environment.

Alongside my professional work, I have served in political and civic leadership roles, including as Chairman of the Municipal Council in Valdemarsvik and as Chairman of an NGO which advocates for corporate responsibility and fair working conditions worldwide.

Regardless of my role, my focus has remained constant: combining strong business acumen with integrity, transparency, and social responsibility.
